Fresh Hair requires that you contact the salon at least three hours before an appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If for any reason you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule at least three hours before your appointment, you will be considered a ‘no-show’. Because we reserve specific amounts of time for each particular service, it is important that you are here on time. If you arrive more than halfway through your appointment time, we may not be able to service you sufficiently and this can count as a ‘no-show’. If you acquire two no-shows within any twelve month period, we require that you pay for 50% of your next service via credit card, debit card, or cash to book another appointment. This will count towards this next appointment, unless you miss this appointment or also cancel or reschedule less than three hours before the appointment, in which case the service provider will be paid that amount. Please understand that the service providers are paid by commission and their time is important. This policy has been implemented to protect their livelihood.
