Service Correction Policy:
We stand by all of our services. If a client is dissatisfied, we are always willing to redo the service at no charge as long as we are notified within 7 days and an appointment is scheduled within 14 days.
Fresh Hair asks that you contact the salon 24 hours before an appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If for any reason you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, you will be considered a ‘no-show’. Because we reserve specific amounts of time for each particular service, it is important that you are here on time. If you arrive more than halfway through your appointment time, we may not be able to service you sufficiently and this can count as a ‘no-show’.
If you acquire two no-shows within two months, we require a $15 deposit for services less than $75 and $25 for services of $75 or more, in order to schedule another appointment. This deposit will go towards your next appointment. If you miss this appointment, this money will not be refundable so that the service provider can be paid. You can give us a credit card number over the phone or you can come by with cash.
Please understand that the service providers are paid by commission and their time is important. This policy has been implemented to protect their livelihood. If you have any questions or comments, please email email@example.com.
Your services will be provided only by those who are qualified to perform the services you request. If a service provider is unable to provide the services you request, you can be referred to the appropriate professional.
We love kids, and we want to preserve their health and safety. Because we work with dangerous materials (scissors, razors, bleach, hot water, etc) we request that any infants or toddlers in the salon be appropriately restrained at the correct height. We get nervous when a parent asks to hold a squirming child on her/his lap while the parent is receiving a service. As careful as we might be, accidents do happen. Please help us to protect your child. Use a stroller, or place a car seat on top of a counter (the service provider will clear a space), and please do not let your children run inside the salon.
